Refund and Returns Policy

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

At shants.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you item is defective and you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policy. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer need to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
All the shipped out order can not be cancelled.

  1. Return Policy:

We are sorry that the item is defective (we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind), and we will actively deal with such incidents. If the item is defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We do not accept returns of sale items or accessories. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus the cost of return shipping if applicable. Exchanges will be processed as a new order and will be shipped to you free of charge.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in a used or damaged condition.

  1. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@shants.co.uk.

  1. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
